FAQ's

Can I request a custom order or crystal? 

Yes you can :) I am happy to help find a certain crystal or change crystal hoops to your preference. Email me Mermaidandbear@outlook.com or on Instagram Mermaid And Bear Designs.

Where do I source the crystals?

I have amazing businesses that supply me my crystals and they are sourced ethically from Brazil, America and India. I choose the types of crystals that I am drawn to.

Are they water resistant?

No. I recommend for the longevity of your pieces that they are not to be worn in the shower, bath or while swimming as water can affect the gold and silver plating.

Are the Crystals dipped in real Gold and Silver?

The Crystals are dipped in 18 carat gold and Stirling Silver. The earring chain itself is plated gold or silver and is treated to be tarnish resistant, but over time the gold and silver dull. I recommend buying a jewellery polishing cloth to freshen up and clean your pieces.

Do you offer wholesale?

I do not have wholesale options available. 

Do you offer local pick up options?

For privacy & insurance reasons I don't offer local pick up and I am based online only. I announce on Instagram and Facebook when I markets if you prefer to view in person.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I can ship worldwide. Shipping prices will be shown at the end of your order before paying.

Shipping, how long will the delivery take and what are the costs?

I am a one woman team so please be patient with me. The order will be processed within 5 business days. Delivery will then take:

Australia

Express - $12 (2-3 business days) 

Normal - $10 (7-10 business days)

International

Pricing varies depending on your country and delivery can take up to four weeks through Australia Post. 

I will endeavor to get your order processed as quickly as I can however I can not be responsible for how long Australia Post takes to deliver your item.

If you choose to have any parcels from Mermaid and Bear delivered to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.

All orders will come with a tracking number.
